As a startup Real Estate Holding Corporation in order to compete with other giant developers, we calculate the risk and gather information based on their experience during their early stage on how to deal with their shareholders, suppliers, dealers and employees as well as the government compliances.
Every angle of the business, there are bargaining deals, compromise, performance and monitoring. At the end of the day, success is a constant process and progressive.

Humility is the key to accept that there are things we don’t know yet so we keep on learning, investing on our weaknesses and capacity to understand the behavior of our customers and shareholders and the community as a whole.
